Four-session mentoring aligned with your personal lunar chart and current transits. Before booking your session, please note: • All coaching sessions are paid upfront through the online booking system. • OU staff receive a 10 percent discount with a valid OU email or ID. • You must complete the Coaching Discovery and Intake Form before your first session. • Coaching is a supportive process and is not a substitute for counselling, therapy or medical advice. • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. • Coaching packages must be used within five months of purchase.

Coaching Agreement (Digital Version) Coaching Welcome Introduction Thank you for choosing to work with me as your coach. I’m truly looking forward to supporting you at this next stage of your journey. My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and reflective space where you can explore your goals, challenges, and ambitions with honesty and confidence. Coaching is a collaborative process — I’m here to guide, challenge, and champion you, but the real transformation happens through your insights and your commitment to your own growth. Together, we will create meaningful, lasting change by focusing on the here and now, developing clarity, and building momentum toward the future you want to create. Before we begin, please read the Coaching Agreement below so you fully understand how we’ll work together and what to expect during your coaching journey. Purpose of Coaching Coaching is a supportive, confidential partnership designed to help you explore your goals, challenges, and mindset so you can move forward with clarity and confidence. It focuses on the present moment and empowers you to create change through self-awareness, reflection, and aligned action. Coaching Commitment Once we begin our coaching journey, I am fully committed to supporting your progress. I ask that you also commit yourself and to completing your chosen programme. Please note: coaching sessions are non-refundable once the first session has taken place. Cancellations & Rescheduling Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Sessions must be completed within five months of your start date unless otherwise agreed. Any unused sessions after this timeframe may be forfeited. Session Details • Each coaching session lasts 60 minutes (90 minutes for the initial session if applicable). • Sessions take place online via Zoom or in person at The Holistic Sanctuary in Milton Keynes. • If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. Confidentiality & Data Protection (UK GDPR) By ticking the consent box on the Coaching Discovery & Intake Form, you confirm that: ✔ You have read and understood this Coaching Agreement. ✔ You agree to the terms outlined above. ✔ You understand the nature and scope of coaching. ✔ You consent to digital communication and data handling under UK GDPR. Your submission of the intake form constitutes your digital signature.
