Opening Eclipse Mapping Session (60 minutes)

 

We begin with a gentle, grounding session to orient you to the months ahead.

 

In this session, we will:

 

• Explore the upcoming eclipse cycle from a Moonology perspective

• Reflect on which areas of your life may be highlighted

• Identify themes of release, redirection, or growth

• Set 2–3 guiding intentions to anchor your journey

 

This session provides clarity and a calm starting point for the six months ahead.

 

Monthly Check-In Sessions (5 × 30 minutes)

 

These monthly sessions offer light-touch, supportive reflection as your intentions meet real life.

 

Each session includes space to:

 

• Reflect on what has been surfacing or shifting

• Notice patterns, emotions, or insights

• Explore how current lunar phases or eclipse energy may be interacting with your intentions

• Gently re calibrate and move forward with clarity

 

These sessions are reflective rather than directive — there is no fixing, pushing, or predicting.

 

Closing Integration & Reflection Session (90 minutes)

 

We close the journey with a spacious session to reflect on the full six-month cycle.

 

In this final session, we will:

 

• Revisit your original intentions

• Reflect on what has unfolded, completed, or transformed

• Acknowledge growth, courage, and key turning points

• Integrate insights and lessons from the eclipse cycle

• Create space to honour what you are carrying forward

• This session offers a sense of completion and grounded confidence in your own inner compass.

 

Optional Printed Eclipse Reflection Pack (UK clients)

 

As part of this Eclipse special, clients may choose to receive a beautifully presented printed reflection pack, posted after the opening session.

 

This tactile pack acts as an anchor for the journey and includes personalised lunar reflection points to support you over the six months.
