Health and Safety Statement
The Holistic Sanctuary is committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all clients. Treatments are delivered in accordance with professional standards of hygiene, privacy and wellbeing. All equipment, linens and surfaces are sanitised between clients.
You must inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, allergies, recent injuries or changes to your health so that your treatment can be adapted safely. Holistic treatments complement but do not replace medical care. If any contraindications are present, your session may need to be adjusted or postponed for your safety
Women-Only Treatments Policy
Holistic Massage, Reiki and Pellowah treatments offered at The Holistic Sanctuary are available exclusively to women. This policy is in place for practitioner safety, licensing requirements and the creation of a safe, comfortable environment for all clients.
Coaching sessions, Moonology readings, workshops and distance energy sessions are open to all adults regardless of gender.
Data Privacy & Terms
Your privacy matters. All personal information collected by Karen Wyness / Cosmic Connections – The Holistic Sanctuary is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection legislation.
Information shared through booking or consultation forms is used solely for the purpose of delivering your chosen service, maintaining accurate client records, and providing appropriate aftercare or follow-up support.
Your details will never be shared or sold to third parties. Session notes are kept confidential and securely stored in password-protected files, accessible only by the practitioner. You have the right to request a copy of your information, correct inaccuracies, or ask for your data to be deleted at any time by emailing hello@karen-wyness.com.
